Re:Core

INTERNATIONAL SYSTEM FOR DEEP HUMAN RECOVERY

Psychology. Psychiatry. Psychotherapy. Recovery. Privacy.

Re:Core is designed for people with a variety of mental health and recovery needs, offering a range of program formats, including programs with enhanced privacy and individually tailored care.

BOSNIA AND HERZEGOVINA → MADRID → USA

ABOUT THE PROJECT

Re:Core is being developed as an international infrastructure for deep human recovery. The project combines psychology, psychiatry, psychotherapy, trauma recovery, modern approaches to treating addictive behaviors and dual diagnoses, as well as a private living environment.

A new category, not a traditional model
Re:Core is not a traditional clinic. It is not a wellness retreat. It is not traditional addiction treatment. Re:Core occupies a unique category between clinical medicine and the recovery industry — built for people who need more depth than a retreat and more humanity than a hospital.

MANY PEOPLE EXPERIENCE CONDITIONS THAT AFFECT THE QUALITY AND STABILITY OF THEIR LIVES
Chronic stress (symptoms and long-term effects)
Emotional exhaustion (what it is and how it develops)
Anxiety (recognizing the signs)
The aftermath of traumatic experiences (trauma recovery)
Professional burnout (what is burnout)
Sleep disorders (causes and recovery)
Addictive behavior (patterns and treatment)
Psychosomatic conditions (mind-body symptoms)
Social isolation (causes and effects)
A diminished ability to lead a stable life (rebuilding stability)

Modern people often need not just a single tool for support, but a comprehensive recovery system that combines professional help, a safe environment, and a long-term path back to a stable life.

EXISTING SOLUTIONS OFTEN FALL BETWEEN TWO EXTREMES

THE HEALTHCARE SYSTEM

Professional clinical care, but often limited interaction time, a standardized environment, and the absence of a unified, comprehensive path to recovery.

THE WELLNESS AND RETREAT INDUSTRY

Comfort, relaxation, and restorative practices, but not always sufficient clinical depth for people with complex psychological conditions.

Between these approaches lies a space for systematic human recovery.

THE GOAL OF RE:CORE IS NOT TEMPORARY RELIEF, BUT RESTORING RESILIENCE

Re:Core was not built as a clinic, a retreat, or a short program with a fixed end date. It is an international infrastructure for deep human recovery — which means the results are measured not by how a person feels on the last day of the program, but by how they live months and years after it. Recovery must continue beyond the program.

Nervous System Recovery

The first layer of change happens in the body, not just in the mind. Before resilience can be rebuilt, the nervous system has to come out of survival mode.
Reducing chronic stress levels
Restoring healthy sleep patterns
Reducing anxiety symptoms
Restoring the ability to concentrate
Reducing emotional overload

Resilience and Mental Clarity

Once the nervous system stabilizes, the work shifts to rebuilding the internal resources a person can actually rely on — not coping strategies for a crisis, but a baseline they can return to.
Increasing emotional resilience
Restoring concentration and clarity of thought
Regaining energy and motivation
Improving the ability to cope with daily stressors

Life After the Program

This is the stage most recovery models skip — and the one Re:Core is built around. A program that ends without a plan for what comes next isn't recovery, it's a pause.
Reduced reliance on destructive coping mechanisms
Support for medication-based treatment under a doctor's supervision, when necessary
Improved relationships and quality of life
Reduced social isolation
A long-term support plan after leaving the center, as part of an ongoing, closed community built for continued engagement — not a one-time intervention
The goal of the program is to support the restoration of sleep, emotional stability, and a person’s ability to cope with daily stress. Changes to medication regimens are made exclusively under the supervision of the appropriate physician.
WHY NOW

The mental health market is evolving toward more comprehensive approaches to care, recovery, privacy, and long-term support.
At the same time, millions of people are dealing with chronic stress, emotional exhaustion, anxiety, the aftermath of traumatic experiences, burnout, sleep disorders, and addictive behaviors—and increasingly, they need not just a single service, but a systematic path to recovery.

Today, the market in many countries remains fragmented: clinical care, recovery programs, private recovery, and hospitality often operate in isolation from one another.

Re:Core is being created to unite these areas into a single international system.
The project targets a broad client base and offers various program formats—ranging from standard solutions to programs with enhanced privacy and premium-level services.

At the same time, Re:Core’s scalable model enables the development of multiple revenue streams, an international client platform, and further expansion through company-owned centers, partnership models, and a franchise model.

There is also preliminary interest from certain media personalities in developing the platform, promoting the brand, and potentially participating in Re:Core’s international expansion.
Details regarding potential media and strategic partnerships will be disclosed during subsequent stages of the negotiations.
Re:Core is being established as an independent international brand with a clear positioning in the field of holistic wellness. BUILD THE BRAND. SCALE THE SYSTEM.

Sofi Lia
FOUNDER & CEO, RE:CORE

FOUNDER

Today, I am developing Re:Core — an international mental health and holistic recovery project that integrates psychology, psychiatry, psychotherapy, trauma recovery, addictive behavior treatment, and the creation of a safe, private environment for long-term healing.

I have worked in the field of psychology for over four years. I am also the author of books and professional resources on mental health, emotional well-being, and personal development.
In addition to my professional work in psychology, I am the co-founder and CEO of a real estate agency, where I oversee strategic business development, management, and commercial operations.

I also have a background in architecture and engineering, which allows me to take a comprehensive approach to space planning, facilities, functionality, and infrastructure development for large-scale projects.

The combination of psychological expertise, my work as an author in the mental health field, entrepreneurial and managerial experience, real estate development, and an architectural and engineering approach allows me to connect a deep understanding of human needs with the practical creation of scalable recovery infrastructure.

It is at the intersection of these competencies that Re:Core is evolving — not merely as a network of individual centers, but as an international mental health platform and recovery system, uniting diverse forms of support, physical infrastructure, and long-term client engagement.

Between you and you

Who really makes the decisions in your life?

A calm workday is over—and suddenly, out of nowhere, you snap at your loved ones. Sound familiar? Fatigue that has built up over the years is often disguised as a “difficult personality” or blamed on burnout—but in reality, it follows an entirely different logic. This book teaches you to distinguish between the two once and for all.

Because behind the calm “facade” of the day, there’s almost always a second voice—quieter, more observant. It doesn’t argue with the first; it simply watches. And it turns out that two “selves” coexist within a single person—and only one of them is guiding your decisions at any given moment.

This isn’t just another “love yourself in 30 days” book. It’s a book about that split second when a decision has already been made—and the realization of exactly what was chosen comes later.

What This Book Is About: Psychology, Self-Awareness, Personal Growth, and Burnout

This book is about managing your reactions and taking charge of your life—not in the sense of control, but in the sense of understanding who is truly at the helm at any given moment.

Why does guilt arise even when, objectively speaking, no one has harmed anyone—and what is it actually protecting? Where does chronic fatigue come from, the kind that escalates into emotional burnout, and why is it so easy to mistake it for a personality trait?

The book doesn’t offer abstract advice—it presents vivid, relatable scenarios. Among them: a person who, at 1 a.m., nearly takes out a loan for something that will seem absurd by morning. An employee who postpones handing in his resignation from Friday until a sober Saturday—thereby turning an impulsive outburst into a conscious decision. A person who spent years paying mentors for things he could have figured out on his own—and who one day noticed a pattern.

These are stories about money—a source of anxiety no matter how much you have. About the body, which has become a battlefield instead of a home. About friendships where it’s scary to show that you’re tired—and about what happens when you finally decide to do just that. About gurus, affirmations, “shifting reality”—and an honest, almost defiant analysis of why the self-help industry profits precisely from those who never “get there.”

What You’ll Learn

— Why energy doesn’t “run out” on its own—and exactly where it goes every day, while this goes unnoticed.
— How true responsibility differs from unfounded guilt—and why they aren’t the same thing, even though they both feel equally heavy.
— What lies behind the phrase “she drains my energy”—and why this explanation is three thousand years old, not just the result of one rough evening.
— How to distinguish the signs of burnout and a genuine awakening from yet another, more sophisticated way of running away from yourself.
— How to move from reacting on autopilot to managing your reactions—and what it actually takes to do so.
— What self-acceptance without illusions or self-deception is—and how it differs from humility.
— And most importantly—who is actually making the decisions when it seems like you’re making them on your own.

The book’s twenty-three chapters aren’t theoretical lessons, but rather the distilled experience of observing how people actually change—not the way they’re “supposed” to according to someone else’s guide.

Each chapter ends not with a conclusion to memorize, but with a question to ask yourself—right now, without delay. This isn’t a book for pretty quotes. It’s a book you read, pausing every few pages, because you recognize yourself in it all too clearly.

Awakening doesn’t begin when this life is left behind. It begins when you no longer need to run away from it.

If you’ve ever thought, “Once again, I don’t understand why I reacted this way”—this book is written for those who ask that question. Not to provide yet another list of rules, but to finally show that there’s always a little space between a person and their true self. That space is freedom. It’s time to look inside it.

A book on psychology, self-discovery, mindfulness, personal growth, and burnout prevention. It’s about managing your reactions, taking control of your life, self-regulation, and self-acceptance—for those who are tired of looking for answers in the outside world.
